Welche Daten werden verarbeitet?
Server-Logs
Der Webserver erfasst bei jedem Aufruf automatisch folgende Daten (sogenannte Server-Logs):
- IP-Adresse des anfragenden Geräts
- Datum und Uhrzeit des Zugriffs
- Aufgerufene URL und HTTP-Methode
- HTTP-Statuscode und übertragene Datenmenge
- Referrer-URL (sofern übermittelt)
- Browser-Kennung (User-Agent)
Diese Daten sind technisch notwendig und werden ausschließlich zur Fehlerdiagnose und Abwehr von Angriffen genutzt. Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse an einem sicheren Betrieb). Logs werden nach spätestens 14 Tagen automatisch gelöscht.
Kontaktformular
Das Kontaktformular übermittelt Name, E-Mail-Adresse, optional Firma sowie die Nachricht. Die Daten werden zur Beantwortung der Anfrage und zur strukturierten Verwaltung in einem CRM-System (HubSpot) gespeichert; gleichzeitig wird eine E-Mail-Benachrichtigung über Hostinger SMTP versandt. Eine Übermittlung an HubSpot, Inc. (USA) erfolgt — die Rechtsgrundlage für die Drittlandübermittlung ist der EU-US Data Privacy Framework, unter dem HubSpot zertifiziert ist (Art. 45 DSGVO). Rechtsgrundlage der Verarbeitung: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (vorvertragliche Maßnahme) bzw. Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO.
KI-Chat («Raffael AI»)
Chat-Nachrichten werden über die Cloud-API von Ollama (Ollama, Inc., USA) an ein Sprachmodell übermittelt und dort verarbeitet. Es findet damit eine Übermittlung von Gesprächsinhalten an einen US-amerikanischen Drittanbieter statt — siehe Abschnitt «Auftragsverarbeiter». Der Chat-Verlauf wird serverseitig nicht persistent gespeichert und ist nach dem Schließen der Sitzung nicht mehr abrufbar. Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO.
Entscheidet sich ein Nutzer am Ende eines Gesprächs dazu, Kontaktdaten zu hinterlassen (Name, E-Mail, optional Firma, Telefon sowie eine automatisch erstellte Gesprächszusammenfassung), werden diese Daten unter denselben Bedingungen wie Kontaktformulareingaben in HubSpot CRM gespeichert. Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b bzw. lit. f DSGVO.

Diese Website enthält einen Link zum LinkedIn-Profil. Beim Klick verlassen Sie diese Website. LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Irland, ist dann für die Datenverarbeitung verantwortlich. Es gelten die Datenschutzrichtlinien von LinkedIn.
Hosting & Datenübertragung
Die Website wird auf Servern innerhalb der Europäischen Union gehostet. Die Übertragung erfolgt verschlüsselt via HTTPS (TLS 1.2 / 1.3).
Kontaktdaten und Chat-Leads werden an HubSpot, Inc. (USA) übermittelt. Die Übermittlung in die USA stützt sich auf den EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 DSGVO), unter dem HubSpot zertifiziert ist. Weitere Details in Abschnitt «Auftragsverarbeiter».

This website collects only the data strictly necessary for operation and communication. No cookies are set, no web analytics are used, and no data is shared with advertising networks.

What Data Is Processed?
Server Logs
The web server automatically records the following data on each request (server logs):
- IP address of the requesting device
- Date and time of access
- Requested URL and HTTP method
- HTTP status code and bytes transferred
- Referrer URL (if transmitted)
- Browser identifier (User-Agent)
This data is technically necessary and is used solely for error diagnosis and attack prevention. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation). Logs are automatically deleted after 14 days at the latest.
Contact Form
The contact form transmits your name, e-mail address, optionally your company, and your message. This data is used to respond to your enquiry and is stored in a CRM system (HubSpot) for structured follow-up; an e-mail notification is simultaneously sent via Hostinger SMTP. Data is transferred to HubSpot, Inc. (USA) — the legal basis for this third-country transfer is the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which HubSpot is certified (Art. 45 GDPR). Legal basis for processing: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
AI Chat ("Raffael AI")
Chat messages are transmitted to a language model via the Ollama cloud API (Ollama, Inc., USA) for processing. This constitutes a transfer of conversation content to a US-based third-party provider — see "Data Processors" below. Chat histories are not stored persistently server-side and are no longer retrievable once the browser session ends. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
If a user chooses to leave contact details at the end of a conversation (name, e-mail, optionally company, phone, and an automatically generated conversation summary), those details are stored in HubSpot CRM under the same conditions as contact form submissions. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

This website contains a link to a LinkedIn profile. Clicking it takes you away from this website. LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland, becomes responsible for data processing at that point. LinkedIn's Privacy Policy applies.

This website is hosted on servers within the European Union. All data is transmitted encrypted via HTTPS (TLS 1.2 / 1.3).
