Software Architect& IT Trainerfor Teams That Build.
I teach what I build — and I see what specialists miss. Every training session draws from real production systems. Every architecture decision considers the full stack. From infrastructure to application, one engineer who knows how it all connects.

Three Ways I Can Help Your Organization
IT Training & Team Coaching
I teach what I've built. Every Kafka workshop comes from someone who has architected Kafka into production microservices. Every Kubernetes training from someone who has run clusters under real load. Your team gets the full picture — including the layer connections that documentation and one-topic trainers skip.
Software Development
I own the full system — not just one layer. Backend, infrastructure, architecture decisions, integration. No hand-offs between specialists who can't see each other's constraints. The result: production-ready systems built with the whole picture in mind from day one.
Architecture & Consulting
Most consultants see one layer. I see the whole stack. Whether it is a greenfield architecture or a system accruing technical debt — including legacy migrations where knowing both environments is what makes the difference between a risky rewrite and a structured path forward.
Engineer First, Coach Always
While classmates picked foreign languages, I picked Computer Science — every single time. Writing code since 2014, building production systems since 2018. Grew up in the Ruhr Region, now based in Tbilisi, Georgia.
What sets me apart: I've never learned a technology in isolation. Every tool in my catalog was learned by building real systems with it. When I teach Kafka, I know exactly how it interacts with the JVM services consuming from it, the Kubernetes cluster it runs on, and the monitoring stack watching it. Those connections are what your team actually needs — and what most training skips.
I have run my own business since 2022. Today I work from Tbilisi, Georgia, as an individual entrepreneur — fully remote, delivering training, architecture and engineering work for teams in the DACH region and beyond.
"I don't teach technologies. I teach systems."

90+ Topics Ready to Teach
A rapidly expanding catalog. If a topic is not listed, chances are I have used it in production and can build a course around it.
IT made simple — learn at your own pace.
My self-paced workbooks — the same material I use when training teams across Europe. Every lesson ends at a working terminal.
- Containers & OpenShift
- Java & Spring Boot
- Apache Kafka
- Databricks & Spark
- Practical AI for Engineers
Access via Skool
Courses are booked directly on Skool. You’ll find the current offer and pricing on the community page.
Hands-on, not slides
One running example project per course: theory, commands with real output, and exercises with full solutions.
Offline workbooks
The material is also available as an offline HTML workbook — learn without being online.
“A classroom with a terminal, not a slide deck.”
Simple. Direct. Effective.
Structured engagement. Results from the very first session.
Discovery Call
We talk about your team, goals, and what success looks like. Free, no commitment.
Tailored Proposal
A focused proposal covering training curriculum, project scope, or consulting roadmap.
Hands-On Delivery
Live online and fully remote. Theory and practice always balanced. Up to 40 participants.
Follow-Up & Growth
Still reachable after the engagement. Long-term relationships beat one-off transactions.
Thinking Out Loud About Modern Tech
Practical takes on the tools and decisions that matter — written for engineers and the people who lead them.
Distributed Tracing with OpenTelemetry: Why Logs Alone Aren't Enough
When a request spans five services and something goes wrong, grep won't save you. Here's how distributed tracing changes the debugging experience in microservice systems.
Kubernetes or Not? How to Actually Make the Decision
Most teams ask the wrong question. It's not 'can we run it on Kubernetes?' — it's 'do we actually need what Kubernetes solves?'
Kafka vs RabbitMQ: Choosing the Right Broker for Your System
Both are excellent message brokers. The choice comes down to whether you're solving a messaging problem or a streaming problem — and most teams don't know the difference.
AI-Assisted Development: What Actually Changes for Your Team
AI coding tools are real and genuinely useful. But the thing that changes most isn't how fast you write code — it's how you need to think about your work.
Terraform at Scale: Patterns That Actually Work
Terraform is easy to start and hard to scale. After the first few environments, most teams hit the same structural problems. Here's how to avoid them from the beginning.
The Connected Stack Advantage.
Real situations where seeing the full stack — infrastructure, backend, architecture, and everything in between — changed the outcome.
A full application platform was needed with a 2-day proposal window. Standard response: 6-month MVP at significant cost.
Evaluating architecture, infrastructure, and development scope simultaneously revealed what a layered specialist approach would miss — a path to a production-ready system in the same timeframe, at lower total cost. The savings only become visible when all layers are in view at once.
Full platform delivered. Total cost below the original MVP estimate.
A mission-critical legacy system needed migration with no acceptable downtime window. Institutional knowledge was locked inside outdated infrastructure that few people fully understood.
Understanding how the legacy system actually functioned internally — not just its interface — made structured, incremental migration viable. Each step was designed around the real behavior of both environments, not just their documentation.
Zero-downtime migration. System continuity maintained throughout.
Available directly or through established training partners such as NobleProg, GFU and CMT.
Many engagements are delivered through recognized European training networks. Same trainer. Same curriculum. Same outcomes.
